Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using KlyHub, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
KlyHub is a multi-tenant knowledge-base service that exposes structured company context to AI clients (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others) over the Model Context Protocol. KlyHub does not perform AI inference; you bring your own AI subscription.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify security@klyhub.com immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share accounts; each user must have their own credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use KlyHub to violate any law or third-party right
- Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights
- Attempt to circumvent security or rate limits
- Reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law
- Use KlyHub to facilitate spam, harassment, or distribution of malware
- Bypass the quota and metering controls
- Use the service to compete with KlyHub by extracting its features
5. Subscription and payment
Paid plans bill in advance per the published pricing at /pricing. Per-user and per-organization add-ons bill monthly based on quantity. Failed payments trigger the dunning cascade documented in our billing documentation.
Trial periods convert automatically to the Free tier at expiration if no payment method is on file. You may cancel at any time; cancellation grants a 30-day read-only grace period before deletion.
6. Data ownership and license
You retain ownership of all knowledge-base content you upload. You grant KlyHub a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the service.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your knowledge-base content as confidential and apply commercially reasonable safeguards (encryption at rest, TLS in transit, row-level security at the database) to protect it.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via /settings/privacy. We may
suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with
notice and a reasonable cure period where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLYHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KlyHub harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the service in violation of law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
